Harold Godsoe | Trade Policy & Regulation Specialist
Mr. Godsoe brings to KalikLewin a significant understanding of government policy and trade operations around the world. He has worked on the judicial side of international arbitration under the CARICOM Agreement at the Caribbean Court of Justice, as an advisor in the devlopment of policy and regulation for special economic zones in several countries in Africa, and as a foreign legal specialist for the Public International Law and Policy Group in Washington. A published expert in international trade policy and regulation, he was presented in 2014 with the Outstanding Graduate Award upon completion of his LL.M. in trade law at American University in D.C., where he continues to serve as Professorial Lecturer to foreign LL.M. students in the International Legal Studies Program.
Mr. Godsoe also lived in Japan from 2005 to 2010 where he began his international legal studies at the Tokyo campus of Temple University. He earned his J.D. from the University of Western Ontario, in Canada.
