Mr. Romine has been working as a Legal Assistant specializing in the fields of alcohol beverage and international trade since 1987. Through his years of practice with Kalik Lewin and prior work with the American Vintners’ Association, Mr. Romine has extensive experience dealing with legal matters in the alcoholic beverage industry, as well as long-standing relationships with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) and contacts within various state agencies responsible for the regulation of alcoholic beverages. His knowledge and experience enable him to directly assist clients in all aspects of the development, distribution and marketing of alcoholic beverages, including licensing, formula and label approval, excise taxes, contract brewing agreements, distribution contracts, trade practice activities and their respective state approvals.
Mr. Romine completed his undergraduate studies at the George Washington University in Washington, DC, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs, concentrating in International Economics.
